Our roots are in high-performance audio, but we also accept select watches, design pieces, statement furniture, and jewellery — as long as they meet our quality and aesthetic standards.

Each item is carefully evaluated and tagged with a condition label that appears on its product card and listing page. Here’s what each label means:
– Open Box: Unused but packaging has been opened. May include showroom or ex-display units in perfect condition.
– Like New: Gently used, with no visible wear. Functionally and cosmetically near-identical to new.
– Very Good: Minor signs of use (e.g., light surface marks or aging) but well maintained and fully functional.
– Good: Visible wear, small scratches, or signs of previous ownership. Still functions perfectly.
– Used–Fair: Noticeable cosmetic imperfections or replaced parts, but item remains in working order. Priced accordingly.
Every item listed on PrelovedLuxury.co undergoes a thorough inspection before being approved for sale. Our internal team checks:
– Functional performance
– Cosmetic condition
– Original accessories and packaging (if available)
– Serial number verification (where applicable)
Only after passing this review is an item labeled Dubai Audio Certified, giving buyers confidence in their purchase.
Some products may still carry a valid manufacturer’s warranty if it is transferable. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page when applicable. For all other products, our Dubai Audio Certified process offers peace of mind by ensuring every listing is reviewed and tested prior to sale.

Yes. If you’re upgrading or changing your system, we offer credit notes toward future purchases at Dubai Audio.
Trade-in value is based on original retail price, current condition, resale potential, and market demand.
To maintain the quality of our platform and support evaluation costs, we charge a one-time listing fee:
– AED 150 for products under AED 5,000
– AED 250 for products over AED 5,000 or above
If your item sells, the fee is absorbed into our commission. If not, it remains non-refundable to cover time and exposure.

We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery within the UAE. Items must be returned in the same condition, including all accessories. You can choose between:
